My best timing is 100km within 15:48:00hrs.on Ahmedabad Marathon 25th Dec 2011.my full marathon timing was 3:50:02hrs.

One Marathon at Mumbai Marathon 2009,five Half Marathon at India.One Ultra Marathon at Singapore. 28th Aug 2011 to 15th Jan 2012 I run four marathon & one half marathon.finished good timing.

I am using only Indian shoes & At that time i using Nike shoes.

Use any nutrition supplements like gels, endurolyte salts, protein drinks?

Yes,I use Gatorade,Vital-Z & Salts with water.It's Amazing for 50k run for me.

Do you run alone or train with a group?

I am run alone.But two month I run Mr.Vishwasbhai .
