"You can try running at Okhla Pakshi Vihar. It is a very nice straight road track with zero gradiant and zero traffic. One way is 2.5 Km. One side is river Yamun and the other side noida park. You will love this place.  "

Diet is no less important than practice

We are looking ahead to participate in DR run on 20.09.09 and ADHM on 01.11.09. I am sure runners would be practicing religeously these days, as I could see from increasing numbers of runners day by day in various routes. I wanna stress on the diet control part. Consumption of junk foods, fats, masala items etc do affect your performance. The runner should observe strict control on diet. One should consume at least 3 lemons, 5 pieces of garlic and lot of ginger. This will help in avoiding knee…See More
