Comment by Akila Seshasayee on November 30, 2011 at 4:12pm: We run Wednesday mornings at 6 am (winter timing) at the Rose Garden, which is usually a short run, about 4-5 miles. Saturday is longer, at JNU - about 12-14 km on terrain with gradient, Sunday is the longest run, about 16-20 km or more depending on who is training for what.
