so that is practically everyday 10 km ! great. I am that means a laggard.
I shd be doing more i guess.
Lets see if i can improve my stamina.

i start from my home @ 2 km from nehru park around 7 am these days and am there from 0710-0740 or so, doing 2 rounds and then run back home.

Dr saab normali i run in d saket dda sports complex and sometime rose garden and very few at lodhi garden and nehru park.... but no fix times..
