Running in Defence Colony

I've just arrived in Defence Colony, and will be staying until September 1st. And since I want to keep in shape (or rather, get in shape) for my yearly marathon on Terschelling, I'd like to do some running while I'm here.

Does anybody want to join, or can I join anybody, or any suggestions for good running routes?
I will be running very slowly, because I can take a lot of kilometers, but not a lot of heat. So a strong preference for early morning runs!

Dear Fred , Lodhi garden will be a great place to run . many people including me run there on weekdays . 5:30am to 7am . on Sundays we meet at Nehru park , 5:30am .

Thanks Ankur. I had been to Lodi on Indepence Day, but I saw no runners then, only walkers. But apparently I had just slept too long, because this morning, following your time schedule, I saw plenty of runners there.

I will try to bet at Nehru park tomorrow, but it might be a bit too early for me.
