Permalink Reply by Radhey S Tawar on September 6, 2011 at 11:22pm The best way to train I would recommend is to follow the training schedule which is available on ADHM site. It is a 90 day plan and you will be just in time to start if you do it straight away. I did my last half marathon in 2009 and followed (tried my best) the schedule and it was very helpful.
Please do keep in mind though that as much as you are pushing yourself to run longer, harder and faster, you should do it as long as you are enjoying it. Injuries are pretty common and very depressing as run injuries takes longer to heal....
