Just checked up the event website and the registrations for the Chandigarh Marathon are up and running. This event is being organized jointly by the Chandigarh Administration and Running and Living. I just registered myself for the full marathon, who else is planning to be there from this group?

The event will be run on a beautiful and scenic route, which starts from Rock Garden, runs via beautiful gardens, flat wide roads, past the Rose Garden, past a Lake, Two Governors’ Raj Bhawans, and through a Golf Course. The event will have chip timing, and has prize money of the order of 5.85 lakhs for top-10 finishers (and we can expect to see many international runners too who are being invited). We already know what to expect from the Running and Living marathons, and I am sure this one would be one super experience too!!!
